Policy:
Made To Measure guarantees you
can return any shirt within 30 days for exchange
or credit if your finished shirts
do not adhere to the measurements
you submitted or if there is a
damage in the fabric weave or a damage in the construction.
Made To Measure stands behind everything we make 100% and we are sincerely commited to providing you with the very finest quality made garments and the very best possible service.
We will always do everthing possible to assure your complete satisfaction.
Shrinkage Protection Allowance:
Initially you should find your newly made
shirts to be slightly full.
We build-in
an additional 4% shrinkage allowance to protect
your shirts from the extreme temperatures of
laundering.
Please allow approximately 3
or 4 launderings for this additional amount to
disappear.
This is a benefit to
insure that the size you ordered is going to
last!
(The 4% shrinkage allowance is
"approximately", depending on fabric, adding an
additional 1/4 inch in the collar, 1/4 inch in
the cuffs, 1/4 inch in the sleeve length and 1/2
inch throughout the body of the shirt.)

Delivery Time:
Normal time to make your shirts
is approximately 4 weeks.
We use USPS and UPS for your
delivery.

based on weight at 1 lb per shirt.

"I have selected my fabric but am I am unable to add it to my cart. I am getting the error message. UNKNOWN ERROR. COOKIES UNAVAILBLE."
Answer:
To correct this problem simply lower the Privacy level setting on your browser. This will allow your computer to accept cookies.
For Example:
If your using an Internet Explorer browser simply click on "Tools" at the top of your browser then select "Internet Options".
Now click on the tab labeled "Privacy" and lower the setting to "Accept All Cookies".
Once you have complete your shirt order simply reset the privacy settings on your computer back to the where they were.
(This same basic process should be followed for Netscape Navigator and other browsers.)
