Shown below here is an easy to follow guide to all of the measurements you'll need to order your Custom Shirts.

Remember when taking measurements do not pull the tape too tightly. You just want a skin surface measurement.
.

Measuring Guide
A well fitting collar is critical. You can make your collar size to the 1/4 inch, so if you like an easy fit perhaps choose 1/4 inch extra. If you like it a bit closer, choose 1/4 less. Remember, having 1/4 inch more in the collar never hurts, but a collar too snug is a shirt you probably won't wear!
Your Neck Length
Do you have a long, short or average neck?
The standard back band height is 1 3/4 inch. You can have your collar height made 1/4 inch taller or 1/4 inch shorter to fit the length of your neck.
Getting the perfect sleeve length requires both the right cuff size as well as the right sleeve length. A good way to determine the perfect sleeve length for you is, with your shirt sleeves unbuttoned and your arms at your side, the edge of your cuff should hit approximately 3/4 to 1 inch past your wrist. Having 3/4 to 1 inch extra sleeve length will give you greater freedom of movement when you reach, bend your arms or sit at a desk.
Now to keep the sleeves from hanging into your palms you need a custom cuff size. Simply measure the circumference of your wrist. This measurement will tell us just how large your cuffs should be to keep them perfectly in place at the end of your wrist and not in your palms. Be sure to add an additional 1/4 or 1/2 inch to your watch hand. This will give you the additional fullness needed to allow for your watch.
Shoulder Slope
Select the shoulder line that best depicits the slope of your shoulders.
You can select to have either a Standard or Custom Yoke Size.
The standard yoke size is 3 inches larger than the collar size.
Example: a 15 collar size with an 18 inch yoke.
You may need alittle more or less depending on your shoulder size.
Eample: 15 collar with an 18 3/4 yoke.
Shirt Taper:
We always recommend our medium taper!
(approx. 5 1/2 inches of fullness over the chest and waist)
Build Size refers to the FULLEST part of your stomach above your trouser belt line.
Please be honest and you'll be happy with the taper.

Slender:
The fullest part of your stomach above the belt line is approx. 2 inches larger than your trouser waist size.

Average Size:
The fullest part of your stomach above the belt line is approx. 4 inches larger than your trouser waist size.

Slightly Heavyset:The fullest part of your stomach above the belt line is approx. 6 inches larger than your trouser waist size.

Stout:
The fullest part of your stomach above the belt line is approx. 8 inches larger than your trouser waist size.
You can select to have either a Standard or Custom Cuff Size
As mentioned above, getting the perfect sleeve length requires both the right cuff size as well as the right sleeve length.
This measurement will tell us just how large your cuffs should be to keep them perfectly in place at the end of your wrist and not in your palms.
You can select to have either a Standard or Custom Tail Length
Our Standard tail length is what we recommend. It is made to fit your height and we always make our tail longs.
Bicep & Forearm
Bicep & Forearm Measurement
An Additional Important Measurement For Anyone With Large Arms.
We recommend that you measure around the fullest part of your biceps and forearms.
This will insure a large easy fitting armhole and the proper sleeve fullness.
